I just read in:

Motion to proceed to measure considered in Senate by Unanimous Consent. (consideration: CR S4230-4235, S4236-4237, S4237-4252)

Anyone know what that means when a bill is "Considered" by the Senate? Maybe they debated it but didn't yet vote?

It means they are asking Ford and GM how soon they will have hybrids that qualify. Also can mean they are checking their bank accounts for recent deposits.
