Thumbs up

I mounted a Road XT XM under the dash. I have it patched in with the Aux cable and the antenna on the roof. I am getting a high pitched whistle on every channel. I've called tech support but they insist on resetting the radio every time i call, this is not helping.

/Any help anyone can offer is appreciated. I've done a search but can only find references to factory installs.
