Prius side blinkers? -pic-

was just watching a movie, and i noticed the prius in the movie had side blinkers..... why doesnt the one in US have side blinkers? why?

.. is not fair... i want..

I think I'd rather see the bigger ones like on the side mirrors myself!

You can get the LED mirrors via after market like I did. They are better than the small side markers and you don't have to cut a hole in the side panel of your car.

Just for reference I think all EU cars have side-blinkers. Our two certainly have them and are standard UK models (a 2003 T4 and a 2007 Tspirit)

Here is the link. You will have to tell them the paint color code so they get the correct color for your car.

KeyLight Technology Inc.

They send you the installation instructons also. But the wiring color codes are for a Lexus. You can can get the correct color wiring from one of the threads on this site. Just do a seach and you should be able to find it and print it out. It takes about 3-4 hours to install them. You will have to pull the wires from the mirror through the rubber part that goes into the car. I found that if you use a 8 " plastic tie it works real well and is fairly easy. The cost of the painted mirrors is about $160 I believe. You have a choice of 3 LED colors: Blue, White & Amber.
