Default 3 weeks old and two scratches later....

I've only had my sweet little car 3 weeks and some bad driver (I've got some other words for the driver, but will refrain from printing them here!) put two small, but very deep scratches in my rear bumper - grrrrr- I tried to buff them out, but they are so deep that it went into the plastic. Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair them without going to a body shop and spending $$$?

I bought touch up paint and the paint repair kit from Brandsport at:

http://www.brandsport.com/plik-4503.html

I have used the touchup paint to repair a scratch on the front bumper and you can't see the repair.

I have not used the repair kit yet but it may be what you need.

Thanks so much, Seasalsa, I'll try it out. This weekend I went to the dealership and bought some touch-up paint, but I'm really nervous about trying to fix it myself. The kit sounds like a good idea, I'm sure it will walk me through the process.

Thanks again.
