I bought the Prius 9/07 but it wasn't delivered till 10/07

I ordered my 2008 Prius in Sep 15 2007 but it wasn't delivered until October 15 2008 due to limited availibility. The tax credit on the 2008 Prius expired on September 20. Am I still entitled to a tax credit?

Any accountants out there who can refer me to a ruling on this matter?

Nope, time of delivery/closed sale is what matters.
