Hi Silver Phoenix,

Can you tell us what speed this drop out of regen braking occurs at? Maybe the slip causes the wheel to drop down to 7 mph rotation speed. Which of course would cause the Prius to do the normal switch to friction braking.

In my previous standard car, I instincively would reduce brake coming to a stop, to feather the onset of static friction. Now I find I instinctively increase brake pedal pressure coming to a stop in aticipation of the change over to the much weaker friction brakes.
