What Problem With 2004 Prius's Audio Systems

Hi, I am thinking of buying a 2004 Prius- Pkg. # 2 with 21,000 miles. In Consumer Reports they say the 2004 Prius's had a problem with the Audio systems. They give them a 1/2 black ball.

Can someone tell me what the deal is on this problem with 2004's? Thank you.

1. The JBL audio amplifier may remain on when it should power off, thus draining the 12V battery. TSB AU001-05

2. The multifunction display frequently will fail on 2004 models. The problem is a bad solder connection within the unit. TSB EL002-05

3. Some posters complain of excessive noise and weak signals when receiving AM stations, however this is not limited to 2004 models.

4. Although the JBL audio system is part of the premium-priced option package, it does not perform like a premium system.
