The MG1 motor temp was 152 deg. F The MG2 motor temp was 320 deg. F (clearly too hot!) The MG1 inverter temp was 107 deg. F The MG2 inverter temp was 91 deg. F Is this still true with the Prius THS II? |

Bob Wilson ps. MG1 and MG2 inverters are bi-directional in that they can covert power back to battery voltage. Most inverters are one-way only. Now we're looking at the root nodules. |
