if i replace the transaxle and hybrid battery am i good to go for another 100k or what else??

It depends upon the quality of repair and how you subsequently drive it. Were those 105,000 miles you put on the car?

Dumb question...but do you need to replace the hybrid battery @ 105K? Not sure what Toyota offered at the time but you might still be under warranty, check with the dealer.

I think you'll be good for another 150k miles + WITHOUT replacing them.

just drive until u get constant turtle lights, then u need a new battery. the transaxle should last forever

If your electric steering gear was not previously replaced, that is a potential trouble spot.

If the engine ECU is not at the current level, you may eventually have starting problems especially if you do not keep the throttle body clean and the spark plugs in good condition.

The catalytic converter will probably fail at some point, and you probably need to replace the front struts/rear shocks now given your current odometer reading (if they have not previously been replaced). Look for oil seeping on the strut/shock body.

Off topic, but I'm curious as to how you can still owe 7000$ on a 6-year old car. Did you have it financed on a 8-9 year loan?
