Stage 3a commute with no stop signs/lights?

Would I benefit from pulling over and stopping my prius if I am in S3a with no stop signs or red lights then continuing with my commute to get the car into Stage 4?

Before I installed my EV switch, I frequently would do that when I could do so safely -- mainly parking lots or other pulloffs out of the travel lane.

Will my EV switch put me from S3a to S4 without the full stop?

It doesn't put you into S4; it just allows you to shut the ICE off in S3a. Until the full stop idle check to allow the transition to S4, it will still exhibit S3a behavior without EV switch activation.
