Gurgling Noise in dash

My 2005 Prius makes an unusual gurgling noise when the "inside air" button is pushed. It's in the dashboard and kind of sounds like a dog moaning as it stretches after waking up from a long nap. What in the world is this noise?

Mine too, only on hot days... It's the damper moving into place to close off the outside air.

AHH HAAA! I thought that's what it might be. It does sound strange though.

I think you have another of those small factory workers from the Toyota plant in Japan trapped in your dash, STOP THE CAR and let him out!!!
