They were actually cheaper than steel rims at the time. Just browse one of the major online retailers by vehicle make and model..easy. |

My Car: 2004 Prius Package: B Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 4 | I got the cheap multi-fit rims from Canadian Tire (Corolla/Matrix), they work fine. Don't use the OEM lugnuts, get some proper acorn-style or Conical lugnuts from Napa If your Prius has TPMS, using steel rims will mean the TPMS light will be on all winter. My Prius doesn't have TPMS, but it does have that "Snowflake" warning thing that also stays on most of the winter. I put a piece of black electrical tape over it! My Car: 2004 Prius Package: #9 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 5 | I have after market wheels. so just about any 5x100 lug pattern will fit. try to keep the stock tire size. try not to go over 205mm wide. I think the stock rims are 7.5" wide i think mine are 8"...maybe 8.5" wide. (someone correct me if I'm wrong) keep them light. your mpg will drop in the winter time anyways... try not to burden your suspension with tires that are too heavy. P.S. Light = 15lbs or less (stock rim weight) |
