If things are delayed, if they are the middle man - no problem - just COMMUNICATE - why is that so hard todo for a growing business? It would take a whole 2 minutes to reply to an email.

I ordered from them a few months back and my items appeared at my door in only 3 days and I received an email about payment accepted, item shipped. I bet your no response issue has more to do with it being the weekend.

No - not a weekend issue - been trying to reach them via email / pm and phone for the past 10 days... I'll give it 1 more week before going to step 2...

In the Mod forum, BT Tech said they got and were shipping all back-orders last Thursday or Friday. Of course, I haven't got a "shipped!" e-mail from them (I'm waiting on a Skid Plate), so I don't know what the heck is going on.

I received an email from Danny. It appears that the WeatherTech side window deflectors that were ordered on 6/23 and were said to have been shipped on 7/3 are on back order.

Hope this helps out anyone else who is waiting for the side window deflectors.

Patience is a virtue, my friend! Cool off a bit. If you don't like the way PriusChat does business, cancel your order and go elsewhere. You seem to be whining a lot and Danny is only one person. Perhaps, he is busy this week. My sharkfin took 3 weeks to come in. Yours may too. There's a more diplomatic way of getting what you need.......threats not being one of them.

WTF - I'm not threatening - I am just asking for basic communication.
If you or anyone runs a business and you don't take care of your customers or at least tell them what is going on - that is bad business. It only takes 2 minutes to write an email and say this is backordered and will be back in 2 weeks, item b is 2 months away - etc... but NOT communicating is not cool.

I SHOULD NOT have to come to a forum to find out what the status of my order is. If you think that I'm threatening to you then don't read my posts..
