Tangoit, there seems to be a breakdown in communication somewhere. I just spoke with Nichole, and we have put together a timeline of when you emailed us and when we responded to your inquiries:

6/18	Order submitted, but not finalized in Shop
6/19	PC emailed to let you know order was not finalized; requested shipping address
6/19	Tangoit responded with address
6/19	PC emailed again to confirm color for mats
6/19	Tangoit responded with color preference
6/20	PC emailed to let you know order had been processed
6/24	Tracking for Weathertech mats sent
7/10	Tangoit emailed with questions regarding his order
7/10	PC responded with answers to questions
7/14	Tangoit emailed with same questions from 7/10 email
7/16	PC responded and quoted email from 7/10

If you would like for me to post the contents of those emails with the date/time stamps, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to.

Not entirely correct - there where a NUMBER of other inquiries as to the status which I did not receive any response. I think you guys can vastly improve on your communication since this is a business???

I will see if everything arrives - if it doesn't then we'll take things to the next level.

As for the guilt trip that this is a Saturday... answer the emails etc.. during the week if this is a full time business and there is no problem. I have over 100+ employees and also run a couple of smaller but strong businesses and its always the policy to respond to messages within 24 hours --> you do this and your business will improve even more.

What's the next step? A lawyer? lol Any lawyer that would take this "case" should have his bar card revoked. You wanted the items quicker, however it states clearly on the site that the two items that you're waiting for take weeks to arrive. It seems like the communication was adequate given the stated time periods on the site. As stated earlier, have a drink, take a chill pil, relax ... they'll arrive.

We've been through all of the correspondence regarding your order from the email address through which we have been communicating to you. If you have outstanding questions, please let me know.

Your original (and even subsequent) posts mention that you have not received any responses from us, and yet even now that I've provided the proof that we have responded to all of your emails you still hold onto the idea that we haven't been communicating with you.

As soon as you're ready to contact a lawyer (as you've stated in your posts) please let me know and I'll provide you with our lawyer's and insurance company's information. They will be more than happy to investigate this matter more fully.

1. You left out a number of correspondence that I initiated and that you never responded to - in your little log.

2. You communication sucks to be honest and could be improved. My advice - run this like a real business not like a weekend hobby.

3. We'll wait and see what happens if the products never arrive then of course I'll be in contact with a lawyer or whom-ever - it does not release your obligation to deliver on products that where paid for. If you don't deliver that is as good as stealing - I will wait and see what happens.
