Friends: 0 |  have you purchase items at the priuschat shop? I placed an order for 3 items over a week ago and have not received any confirmation from the priuschat shop. My order still states processing. I emailed several times with no answer and even called the telephone number on my credit call bill with no response. Is this a known issue with priuschat shop? |

Like you I thought I had not receive anything from them for a few weeks so sent another email. This time I got a response from them telling me that they had sent two earlier communications asking if I was sure I wanted one 2010 and one 2007 item. I browsed back through my inbox and sure enough - two emails from them, probably lost in all the spam that came in during the same week. I was very impressed that they took the time to check the accuracy of my order and thus reducing both their and my inconvenience. Since that time when I have a "mixed" order like that I include a note confirming that I was aware of the mixed years parts. |
