I accidently donated my PriusChat points to someone twice, and found out that you can have negative points.

Uh-oh... how much interest does Danny charge for my debt?

So, unless Danny did a Deux Et Machina, it looks like:[list]I overcontributed points to someone, and ended up with a negative total.[*]I posted an article, which reset the count to 1.[list]
So, since you can overcontribute points as much as you want, it looks like points are completely meaningless as a means of barter. (Errr.... even more meaningless than they previously were, anyway.)

A little background about the rabbit:

His name is (was) Oolong, and apparently he had a knack for balancing things. His owner called them "head-performances". Oolong still has his own website somewhere, but that one particular picture became kind of a Fark.com cliche-- people would just post that when they didn't get something.

Funny how those negative points disappeared. If only real-life debt were like that.

No doubt I am being punished for my lack of faith in Danny, and the wisdom of the points system. This is starting to resemble one of those Children's Bible Stories I remember from my childhood.
