New animated Smilies added

Now we need some of the resident graphic artists to create dedicated Prius Smilies. I submit the attached smilie for reference only:

OK, why do they keep rearranging themselves every time I look for one? I don't use them much, but for when I do I'd like to know where to find the one I want. Danny, can you make them stay put?!

Even better would be to arrange them alphabetically by name.

I'll look into this, but I don't know off hand how to stop the "randomizing" of the smilies.
