There will probably be some sort of package/loyalty discount when the new products go on sale, but I would doubt if the discount is more than the current $20 discount. And if it is, we'll work with you to retro-actively credit you.

does anyone know how to get in touch with the people at the store?
I ordered mudguards which arrived earlier than expected and were able to be installed on my car which has been picked up but I'm still waiting ont he bumper protector. I've emailed them several times and no response?
I'm being charged on my AMEX card but I still do not have them...

Any ideas how to get intouch with them?

The last time I bought the BT plate thru the store, the e-mail response was pretty slow. I had to wait nearly a week to get the 1st e-mail back. Keep in mind that the store only
- charges money from you
- forward your purchase to corresponding supplier
Sometimes, your order might be stuck at the supplier.
My advice is to send them (the store) an e-mail, and wait a bit longer. I got my BT plate after almost one month of wait.
