All you have to do is include in the "Notes" section during checkout the following phrase: "I have previously purchased a BT Tech Stiffening Plate and would like to receive a $20 discount on my new purchase." The discount will not show up during checkout, but we will be manually issuing $20 refunds after your purchase.
