Default HH lift points for floor jack or jack stands?

Does anyone know the location of good lift points for using a floor jack (or jack stands) on a 2007 HH (front and rear, left and right)? The owner's manual only gives the jacking points when using the jack in the trunk. I guess I'll have to buy a shop manual; I'd like to get the Toyota one, but it's a little pricey. Thanks.
