Friends: 0 | Hi folks- I'm looking at a 2006 HiHy and was trying to determine whether all the hybrids come with the tow prep package by default. I'm not talking about the hitch itself, but the beefier alternator, transmission cooler, and pre-wiring. My best attempts with Google seem to indicate it's there by default with the hybrid models, but it's hard to tell whether they're talking about current models or past ones. Anybody know for sure? If not, anybody know how to tell by looking under the hood? In my Tacoma, the radiator fan had a different color driveshaft with the tow package, so it was easy to spot. Thanks, Sean |

Friends: 33 | Check the towing capacity with Toyota. I know the Prius has a towing capacity of 0 kg or 0 lbs |
