Is the traction control bad on other than snowy or inclined roads? Need to make a decision by tommorrow.  |

Only had it kick in once when I was on ice at a stop sign, and once on the highway when I accelerated too hard during a snowstorm for the slippery conditions. If you continue to apply gentle acceleration it will grip as it continues to try to move. It all happened so fast I did not even realize it was happening until afterwards. I am very glad I have it. It does, however, prevent you from "doing donuts" in the snow (as my kids call it)  .
