An Afternoon in the Park

Come join us at Glen Echo Park in Maryland for some fun and frolic with our Prii.

In case you missed it this even was organized in the \"Come Out, Come Out Wherever You Are\" thread of the Northern VA & DC Metro forum.

Did we figure out where we are meeting in the park, by the picnic area?

I don't know if I can stay long I have to be somewhere around 4:30 PM. Do we have a rain date plan, weather may be a bit iffy for tomorrow.

My forecast shows this:

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy. High 62F. Winds SW at 10 to 20 mph.

Might be a good day for a kite!

As for finding folks I don't want to over analyze but the map (Glen Echo Map) shows one parking lot so I'll try to park close to the park entrance (a foot bridge?) or next to other Prii if I see them. If I don't see anyone by the cars I'll check the picnic area. If it's raining I'd suggest trying to meet anyway even if only to reconvene at a nearby restaurant.

Curse the bad luck -- my bride committed me last nite to helping one of her friends move some furniture this morning, and I'm just getting back to the cave now. Unhave enough time to accomplish remaining home tasks and get to Glen Echo before dark. Regrets from Grok and Grokdotr.
