Bought my 07 Prius last year from Koons. They had over 70 on the lot back then. They wanted the business so bad that they sent their salesman 60 miles north (one way) to my home to drive me down to complete the agreed to deal. They beat the pants off all other dealers as far as price, including Carmax. Everybody else gave me the "I don't see how they can sell at that price" line. I knew I'd be doing my own maintenance so that wasn't a deciding factor for me at all.

As far as Krystal goes, yes she's the daughter of Jim Koons who owns a lot of dealerships. She was hands on years ago in the Chevy dealership down the road. She was the "manager" they'd make you sit down and wait for to come in and pressure you to make the sale/trade when you were ready to walk out. From what I understand she is no longer hands-on and is only working the Koons marketing campaign.

These stories are very sad. Unlike all these unpleasant experiences I had a great experience at an independent Toyota and Lexus Hybrid certified repair shop in chantilly VA. Called Chantilly lexus and toyota Repair Center, they were very nice and extremely knowledgeable. They use factory parts at much lower cost with better service.
