If you are unfamiliar with the vehicle research institute, you might want to check out the website: http://vri.etec.wwu.edu/ or got to Western Washington University website, departments and click on Vehicle Research Institute. Registration is limited to 24 people. The tour will be from 12pm to 5pm. The trip is expected to be back in Lacey by 8pm. Call Lacey Parks & Recreation @ 491-0857 to reserve a spot, 491-0857 M-F 8-5pm. Please forward this email to persons who you know would be interested in this trip. Thank you! Kathleen P. WWU Vehicle Research Institute builds award winning experimental vehicles known for fuel economy and safety. Join us as we tour the shop and view various cars, hydrogen fuel cells; propane; biodiesel; solar, electric; methane; thermophotovoltaic and hybrid. TRIP: Saturday, February 25, 8:00am-9:00pm. FEE: $30.00/person. LIMIT: 24.
