From memory, it is the fuse box under the hood (back right hand side) rather than the one under the panel in the passenger footwell. The owners manual will tell you and which fuse you need to check. There is a fuse removal tool in the main fuse box (engine bay) and a few spare fuses.

The layout for both the engine compartment and passenger compartment fuse boxes is in the manual.

The passenger fuse box cover is right next to the engine hood release lever.

The fuses for both outlets are located in the fusebox under the drivers dash. They are both 15A fuses. PWR OUTLET is #3, CIG is #1.

Both of mine in my 2005 do not work, I replaced both 15a fuses and still no power in either. What else should I look at, can I just replace the outlets if they are fried, looks like they just disconnect and pop out.

Are you sure you replaced the proper fuses with good replacements? It's hard to fry a power outlet when it is properly fused.
