Overhead DVD

I put a pair of these in our Highlander and Prius...check it out..

You may also thing about the headrest DVD players..but they are thief magnets...so I prefer the removable brackets.

 

Why not ? I have installed a overhead car dvd for my car. You can also find one for your pruis v. share mine with you 7 inch Touch Screen 2 Din Car DVD Player With TV + Bluetooth + Ipod + GPS - Car DVD Player 7 inch, It's really cool yes?

 

I went with an iPad and this headrest mount from Rocket Fish. It holds the iPad very snuggly allowing it to be rotated and tilted. I like the fact that I can just unhook it and take it with me leaving nothing to be stollen from the car when parked.


The base simply clamps onto the posts and can be easily moved between cars.



On long trips I add a Seagate Wifi hard drive with 500GB of movies, pictures, mp3s that the kids can pick from.

 

I have a different iPad mount, but that's the best way for backseat entertainment IMO.

 

Your iPad setup is nice. I think I will go this route for my kids.
