Just got my shiny new 2012 Prius IV yesterday and one issue I've run into is in trying to use the Entune apps. When I navigate to the Apps folder, it says "Checking for updates" for about two or three minutes. Then it says something along the lines of "Updating apps was unsuccessful. Please try again." I've tried it about a half dozen times now and no luck. Anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Since nobody else is replying: do you have connectivity in normal ways, beside updating, in Entune? If so, it's probably an issue with permissions that are not allowing updating...

If you go to the Toyota Owner site, they have a few FAQ. Good luck.

Entunes updates through your phone's bluetooth and internet connection. Was the phone paired and did you have a decent data connection?

If you were in an enclosed space, you might try again in an open area.

When I started the Apps for the first time, it took a while for the download. If you were having problems maintaining connection, it may not have gotten a clean download.

Sorry to not be more helpful.

    T-Mobile G2 ?

For whatever reason, it worked today. Go figure.

Were you on a WiFi connection or in a weak signal area? May have been why.

No, it's weird because I was able to stream Pandora audio at the time which means the 3G connection was at least decent.
