You can purchase scooter ebike battery packs on ebay
36Volt 20ah. These are made of pouch style LiFeO4. Would this be a possibility for PHEv battery pack if you got a total of 6 would make pack voltage 216... might that work...

I would ask them for a quote for a customised ready made to drop-in battery pack including BMS and charger. Taking into account you would need a battery pack nominal voltage of aprox. 232Vdc and be able to supply 120A maximum peak current and also take into account the actual size dimensions to fit well into your Prius 2004 cargo tray. Assuming you would be using a BMSplus with it. You would probably be the first to do this.

Did you try asking? I got plenty of quotes from Ebay sellers but not for any of these particular scooter battery packs. I just paid the seller by Paypal using their email address they supplied for Paypal without actually buying the item from Ebay. You are still protected by Paypal. I bought my A123 20ah pouch cells by asking for a quote from Xueming008 from Ebay for 70 cells plus delivery to Australia. It worked out to be cheaper than buying the cells using Ebay. You can also ask the seller to list an item on Ebay for your particular custom made battery pack if you want since most EBay sellers are willing to do this since these battery packs are an expensive item.
