I assume you mean the charcoal/black color difference. It's a perfect match in my 2010 with Misty Gray interior (with charcoal dash, panels, inserts, etc.), but I've noticed that newer models have switched to blacker dash so that's probably why.

They needed it to be wide enough to haul a SUV. Gets better mpg that way

Mine? 2010. The dash is darker than the lower dash? do not know how to explain it.

No the steering wheel is a piano black, the wood grain covering applied is a grey. If they made a steering wheel with more variations like the Grey wood pattern I think it would be a better match.

They do have versions of the JDM steering wheel in dark burlwood and many other variations, not just piano black.

Not many, but yes they do have some variations. CF and maybe three wood colors. Good pic. Shows more of the grain thanks!

I might go with a dark wood or similar but bit lighter brown as it would be easier to get a similar matching trim that's USDM. Unfortunately not the jdm stuff but still looks nice. If I do I might just get the larger wood and leather shift knob instead of the led buttons.

Seems like many to me. I've seen black carbon, white carbon, blue carbon, heat blue, all leather versions with blue or red stitches, and that's not counting actual wood colors. Many manufacturers make them so expand your search a bit.

Yes hahaha your right. But not any I would include as a buyable option for me. I was referring to the wood grains actually as my last two cars are Lexus I am accustomed to the wood grain. I should have made that clear. But i'm pretty good with searches as I've been modding cars for years exclusively in the JDM OEM and JDM aftermarket area. If you have info I don't please share :) I see only three or four wood options. Some are price gouged to the point of criminal lol. Makes me want to go into the business myself.

    Consistency is king:

only issue is the whole RHD print :( But it's not like it's hard to figure out what way to shift.

It wouldn't look too bad reversed with the RHD print. I see you're in the LA area. Nigel is a local retailer who can get any JDM products. I got my turn signal mirrors and JDM piano black steering wheel through him and he gives cash discount if you pay in cash and pick up locally.

    Thanks!

Looks like a natural.... I'll order one.
Why didn't T build it like that in the first place instead of that waste of space down there?

With the exception of not having a light down there, I actually like the storage space under the bridge. The organizer definitely makes it more functional though. The cup holder helps to hold my garage door opener, and perhaps change if I need to.
