      Just wondering which Seattle area dealership you use. I have used both Toyota of Kirkland and Magic Toyota: Kirkland was a bit better than Magic, but neither were all that impressive. Also, how many miles did you go before changing your CVT fluid? I have 32K on my '08 and haven't changed any fluids other than oil.
