I posted to tell a buyer in the LA area to check in with you and got two PC member posts that were not exactly positive in response. I feel bad about those comments when I believe you make customers feel good and have great deals AND inventory to choose from. I guess there is always one in the bunch that you just can't make happy. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for my unintentional involvement with those comments.

I saw your Prius v deals. All of them indicate that "Toyota Financing experience" required. I am not sure what that means. Does it mean that we need to finance through Toyota, or does it mean we have to have had prior experience in financing through Toyota?

Sorry, do you know what exterior colors will be offered on the 2012 Prius v, also interior colors? Do you know what the high end equipment list will look like? I don't like the direction Toyota has been going with colors (limited and not too good looking) on other models.

I am sorry if I missed it, but do you have any configuration information on the Prius v? I am mostly interested in exterior and interior colors - cause I already know I am going to get the top of the line fully loaded model, whatever that designation is. The PIP has a limited color range, and if you order a Plus package, you are limited to bland colors. The CT 200h has an atrocious color list (IMHO). I wish I lived on the left coast so's I could bring you more business. Thanks for all your help here.

Hello - I got a tip from Prius Chat that you might be able to advise if Toyota has canceled Special Requests? I put in a special request in early Feb and the local dealer here in AZ recently advised me that it was canceled along with all special requests. Would you know what's up? Thanks.

Does the NHTSA website say how many apps they have processed completely or how many $$$$ are left on the program?

Of course! Just call me at my office or cel. I would also suggest doing this together, or close to "together" because I can't count the times I have been praised and promised additional cars and golly, for some reason they never materialize as a "multiple" purchase. Having been around that block hundreds of times, it's usually those who don't start off the process that way whose friends and relatives start streaming in for cars or trucks... and referred co-workers drop by for vehicles, etc. That's when I have a chance to reward my clients for referring others. Gift cards, free services, iPods, etc. :>
While I am sure YOU are not promising multiple sales to see if a discount would happen (and then run like the wind, avowing no ability to control where other members of the family buy their cars), it's sure been thought up before LOL!
I'm happy to assist you when you're ready, and at extremely aggressive and fair pricing. And, respectful treatment with kindness.
