      Thanks.RE: the bulbs, I already 'touched' them all when I took them out to check if the filaments were broken but they're OK. someone else said to take out the light assembly. I didn't cause when I thread searched how to do THAT, it seemed a bit tricky w/the poss. I might break something.Im going to definitely check out the fuses tomorrow, now that I know (thanks to you) where to locate them.

        I always try to assess a person's comfort level on doing a maintenance task before I tell them to do it. There's no reason to remove the tail light assembly unless it got broken in the bump or if the "STOP" lights don't work. They are LEDs and an integral part of the assembly.

        If it's just one of the other lights they are easily replaceable and you can't always tell if the filament is burnt out by looking at them. It is usually easy to see if the fuses are burnt out. Use the little whit fuse puller in the fuse box under the hood to remove and reinsert them. Much easier than with just fingers.
