I also installed these Side Emitting Audi Style LED strips - Accessories from The Retrofit Source Inc
Again nice but missing that extra little step to make them great. Issue here is that the power leads are all on the same side, so you cant make the exit point symmetrical. They would be better if there was a left and right so the holes could be in the same place for both lights. This would also make the power lead routing and length out of the headlight the same.

This was the answer I got when I told them I needed the plugs.

"Sorry for the confusion. Neither projector had a connector in the bag inside the box?
These projectors are packed completely separately, so it's very odd that they both at random don't have these connectors."
They are also sending a set to me at no charge.

    Tah dah!

Finally done. And I hesitate a bit, since I am not 100% happy with my final outcome. Little things here and there that maybe a pro would be able to address, such as a better paint job, cutting, and adjusting. But overall this is what I had envisioned.

    Cheers!

I think it's too late because your headlights are assembled, but would you know the circumference of the low beam shroud? I was thinking of adding angel eyes and need to know what size to get.

Ok, so hopefully this answers some of the questions regarding my headlight build.

For the main (original) headlights, I used the Prius Quick Retro kit
    Retro-Quik: Toyota Prius (10+)

For the Quad projectors installed in the high beam housing, I used the stage 3
Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (H1)

Since the there is limited space in the high beam housing, I had to use the mini gatling gun shroud
Mini Gatling Gun - Projector Shrouds from The Retrofit Source Inc

Both sets of projectors, from quick kit and the stage 3 are identical. The main difference between both sets is that the quick kit comes with the install plate that goes directly into the headlight, while the stage 3 kit comes with a shroud.

In my previous posts I alluded that if I were to do this all over again, I would probably do a few things differently. The stage 3 projector installed in the high beam housing is too big; therefore I had to do some cutting in the front of the headlight. If you pay attention to the pic below, you will see how I had to shave/sand the housing down. (Becoming a Dremmel expert)
    IMG_2929.JPG

I am thinking that an alternative to sanding in the front, there could have been one of two alternatives:

    1. Use a smaller projector, maybe a fog sized projector (which not sure if that would look a little silly)
    or
    2. Cut a lot more in the back of the high beam, so that the projector is pushed as far back that the front does not need any cutting (that could push the projector too much to the back). This level of cutting and then trying to glue the projector to the housing would require a lot of work.

Also, very important to not forget the back of the headlight. Needed 4 rubber housings. All four are 80mm in diameter.
    Rubber Housing Caps - Accessories
To keep things as tight as possible, I had to cut a hole as closely as possible to match the rubber disk the lightbulb comes with. It is essentially the size of a quarter.

For those asking about an output pic. Here you go!
    IMG_3357.JPG

For those that pay attention, the driver side is slightly dimmer than the passenger side. One of my lamps is dimmer than the other three. Not sure why is that, but I have brought it to the attention of the TRS and hopefully there is a way to troubleshoot.

Can you see how one is brighter than the other? The other headlight, both lamps are just as bright.
