    :confused:Mats look good. Could you please tell what the cut out on back left side of the drivers mat is for? I have a 2012 Plug In Advance. I ordered a set of the Kagu 3D off eBay for my wife's new 2014 Buick Encore. I liked the look and quality of the mats so well I ordered a set for my Prius PIP - LINK. They have the same cut out, but it's not needed for the PIP. I emailed the seller who contacted the factory where they're made and stated that's the only style mat for the Prius hatchback, Prius V, and the Prius PIP. I had the option to return all three mats, just the drivers, or keep them. I liked the mats so well that I sent them a note that I would reluctantly keep them. After the fact, they credited my PayPal account $25, out of the $151 I spent for the three mats. The mats for my wives CUV are perfect. Thanks!

    It's the cut-out for the gas door release on GenIII that have it on the floor.

    Non-PiPs have the release lever on the floor, or at least my '11 did.

    It looks good but living in South Florida One of the reasons why I like my white roof is because that keeps the temperature inside of the car few degrees cooler. So, no, leave it white.

    I got those in ebay they replace the courtesy light plug and play in ebay about 35dollars the seller is easylife_go

    The cutout is for the manual gas door release. The PIP has the electric release button next to the mirror switch.

    Well, I don't know what papers are you reading but the temperature insight of white color cars is always lower than in dark color cars. That's a fact, there was even a mythbuster episode where they tested something else but in the process they measured the temperature and the results showed that.

    True. I did see that episode but we're not comparing a full black car, just the roof.

    I bought the car new with a white roof. 4 months later, I had it painted black. I couldn't tell a difference.

    It's all a personal preference

    You may not notice any difference but the fact is that there is a difference of up to 10 degrees.
