    Hi everyone,

Basically I'm looking to replace my front struts and looking for the part numbers for the struts, coils, assembly, and dampers/bushing/pads, etc (some of these previous items might be redundant).

I know previous posters have discussed these in threads four years ago, I was wondering if the state of knowledge has changed in four years and what parts I want to go with. If nothing has changed, please point me back to the appropriate wise old thread(s).

Again, I would like to replace my struts and coils and all related parts. I have a 170k+ Gen 2 with original front struts.

Go and look up the correct part for your specific year using Toyota Parts catalog. I use the one from camelbacktoyotaparts.com

Here is my wise old thread which shows part numbering except for the coil springs:

Since you have a 2005 the part numbering should be applicable, but you should rely upon the parts catalog of the dealer that you are buying the parts from as suggested above.
