2002 Prius fuel injector cleaner

I would be surprised if it hurt anything, but I guess I'd also be surprised if it helped anything.

From this forum there've been a couple experiments with sets of injectors removed from high-mile Gen 1s and sent for testing and bench reconditioning. One set tested so good even at 204,000 miles that there was hardly any room for the rebuild to improve it. The other set, at 165,000 miles, tested as definitely bad (and had been causing driveability problems in the car they came out of) and was restored to specs by the bench rebuild, but the testing showed that the two bottles of in-tank cleaner the owner had tried first basically had little or no effect.

Put a container of Chevron Techron in your gasoline tank. It won't hurt a thing and it certainly will help.
