Prius enthusiasts, please render an opinion. I am down to my final three choices: the WedsSport SA60M in matte black versus the forged Prius Plus (graphite color) wheels. I may also have the option of the Rays TE37 refinished in matte black. They will be fitted onto a Blizzard Pearl package 4 with solar, with the TRD body kit, springs, and rear sway bar. Dark tint to complete the package.

Here's a picture of the Wedsports just for reference.

I like the looks of the Weds you have pictured. I have been considering the similar Konig Deception:

For my own personal taste, I wish it came in a color other than black. I'm not sure I'm a fan of black wheels. I have the black factory rims on my Prius without hubcaps. The tend to show dirt fairly quick. Also you tend to loose the wheel design in the tire and hub (with the exception of the picture you posted, pics never seem to show black wheels very good).

I tend to agree in general, though with the right car and wheel, the look can be rather astonishing. A graphite color is probably best though...

What concerns me in particular about the Wedsports is the very open design. They would probably look best with a big break kit. I'm afraid the Prius with its small disk breaks won't look so hot...

You can always install some fake brembo caliper covers or be the first to do a big brake upgrade.

Honestly, that just looks ridiculous on a Prius.

I'm not a fan of caliper covers or anything obviously fake, but you're the one who's worried about them looking too small with Weds. Another option to make them more interesting looking is to do what Burna J did and get the stock rotors slotted and dimpled in a machine shop. I think they look pretty cool.
