Yes, unless the parking pawl is broken (the car puts itself into Park when you turn it off). Or maybe the big dummy left it in D and applied the parking brake?

I didn't. I saw the graph and said it looked like the overall "curve" looked great despite what would seem likely. :)

Here's the original copy of the dyno runs (5 runs). You can see the power drop as the battery drains.

Great find Tideland. I have lost that dyno sheet long ago so I am glad that you were able to pull it up and post it!!!

I remember what a PITA it was to get the Pri to just spin the rollers without throwing every error code on the dash to light up like a Christmas tree!! :)

    Hello,

Can you PLEASE share we me how you ever GOT the prius to ignore the ABS and stop freaking out and "CHUNKING" along?!?!?!? I tried to do this and just got stuck on the dyno. Is there a fuse (or fuses) that you have to lift? How did you do it????

You do know that this thread is almost two years old. You might be better off starting a new thread with your question.

the gen II has about 110hp however I am certain that is taking the electric motor into account as well. the Gen III is about 134hp.
