I've just bought a 2007 Prius T-Spirit and I've just realised I've not got any sound at all coming from the speakers. This applies to the SatNav, stereo, bluetooth and system beeps (If there are any), The volume on the headunit doesn't work, nor on the steering wheel controls.
Also, in the audio settings both bass and treble are on max and although the touch buttons flash when touched they wont move. The balance is locked on the right and the fader to the rear. Like the bass/treble the buttons, they flash when touched. Everything else appears fine though.
    Any ideas anyone?
    Thanks.

well after doing some hunting, it seems the Amplifier is missing from under the righthand seat. Might explain it!

Had this same problem except my amplifier was there when searching for issues. Inside of the amp was a capacitor corroded causing intermittent issues. Cleaned, soldered until it went out again, but had a replacement cap waiting for me. Do have a problem with no sound on AM/FM, but works on aux input (iPod movies hack).
