2010 Prius IV DVD Navigation Stuck on Insert DVD Screen

    Hi everyone. I just purchased a 2010 Prius IV with the DVD navigation. I do no currently have the DVD as it is on its way with the title.

    For the first five days with the car it let me pair my phone with bluetooth (just voice, not music) and let me operate the radio normally. This morning I started up the car and it will not leave a "Insert DVD" screen no matter which buttons I push, restarting the car did nothing.

    I should also mention that the backup camera no longer shows up on the nav screen when the car is put in reverse.

    Anyone have any ideas?
