Driver's side parking light went out. Purchased a new set of bulbs (I always replace in pairs.) Removed and replaced driver's side bulb. So far, so good.

Removed passenger side bulb after moving air intake hose out of the way. Put new bulb in socket. As I was positioning the socket back into the headlamp assembly.....the bulb popped out and fell into the sealed headlight assembly!

"Oh, poopies!", I said (or a reasonably similar expletive.) Now what am I going to do?

After a few minutes of consternation, I realized I could use my springy, grabber tool and snake it through the high beam hole after removing the high beam bulb. Luckily, I grabbed the parking light bulb on the first try and gently pulled it out. Success!

The remainder of the install went fine, no more issues. Whew!

I have a brand new springy grabber tool NEVER USED with an LED on the very end! My luck is, when I buy something I know I will need, I end up never needing it :-(

Guess it's always better to have it and not need it than not have it and need it. :D
