    Just got mine updated today.

Would you believe they stated the list price of the map data card was $272.00!!!!

What date for the maps? The update I got in November was July 2013. A new version was supposed to be released. I have given up on ever paying for a map update again. I paid $179 + $50 for installation. I will use the Toyota nav as is or pull out the smart phone w/ Google maps or Garmin.

How did you determine the data for the maps was July 2013? I ask because I deliberately waited till 2015 because the update was supposedly issued in November and I wanted to get the latest, even if it was a year old.

Couldn't remember the steps to find this info. Probably could have found it in the owner's manual but it was easier to go out to the car and go through it:

    Power button on/acc. mode
on the touch screen - press setup, press general, press the arrow down to get to lower screen, press system information.

NAV ID 2013716 is displayed near bottom along with some other misc. stuff.

The version before the update was 20115xx (forget the exact date).

And NAV ID 2013716 is the latest as of 1/23/2015 per Toyota Tech Support.

I just brought my 2013V in for an update for the 4th time. The 1st time they didn't have a key, the 2nd they didn't have the disk, the 3rd time it just didn't work. They took it in yesterday again to try and couldn't do it. They gave me a loaner car and are going to work with Toyota to see why they couldn't load it.

They finally completed the upgrade. Went from Ver. 21-12-27 (2012-06-01) to Ver. 21-14-17 (2014-06-01)
They did not charge me as this was included in the original purchase price of the Vehicle.
