Getting loan and leasing with paid off PIPA 2012

    There are title loans available. It didn't dawn on me until somebody mentioned pawn shops. If you have the title to the car, which you should have in hand now that it is paid off, they will loan a reasonable amount against that title. The interest rate will be higher than it would be if you were leasing a new car through a dealer, but you did say you need quick cash. Look under listings for auto loans in your area.
