Alright so to start things off my names Harris. I've been in the car scene a while and have been building my 350z and then recently got an older Suby to start modding. My Girlfriend shares the same passion as I do and shes been working on her Miata for quite some time too. But my luck turned for the worse and both cars broke down and had engine problems so I needed a daily desperately. I've always wanted a Prius. So knowing me this Prius didn't stay stock for long. :p

So here are the other two vehicles I've been working on the past 4-5 years.
2006 Nissan 350z with a semi built engine and supercharged.

So now that you've really seen I can't leave a car stock, let me begin to show you what I started doing to the Milf Magnet.

Here she is the first day I picked her up :)
    IMG_0598.jpg

First difficult mod I did was take off the front license plate bracket. Looks a bit sleeker without it!
    IMG_0631.jpg

So know the fun part comes into play. Doing research. I actually enjoy spending hours on end looking for parts. I made a promise to myself that I would do in no way any engine modifications to this car. This will be my reliable daily driver. That being said.. anything else goes. So first on the list were new daytime running lights and blinkers, due to one of mine being cracked and having water in them. So I ordered a Jdm Led set off yahoo.jp auctions.
    IMG_0652.jpg
I knew I wanted to either retro fit the headlights or find some other ones. So that's when I joined this forum and started looking up the Jdm Led headlights and kept looking on ebay until I found one for a very good price.
I also ordered a Beat Sonic Shark Antenna in Black
    IMG_0667.jpg
After a few weeks of looking on ebay for a driver led headlight I finally found one.
    IMG_0706.jpg
I knew I needed the adapter for the headlights so I went ahead and ordered that off yahoo.jp as well as some other jdm goodies. Like these awesome jdm engine covers. These really make the engine bay cleaner! I love getting packages from companies that care about the buyer. I got an awesome little card with my purchase and a cool origami swan.
    IMG_0682.jpg IMG_0683.jpg
Install on the covers were a piece of cake. The only one I had a bit of trouble on was the inverter cover bracket. But after a few beers and some cussing I finally managed to get the bracket on there. Finish product looked good but I didn't like the contrast of the silver on the engine cover. So I quickly took it off and plastidiped it. It all looks much cleaner now.

In the package from the motherland I also got a rear wiper smoothing plug which I really wished I took a picture of because it was genius how they made it.

My Led headlight harness' finally came in so back out to the garage I went to finally install my Jdm led headlights and Jdm led daytime running lights. The install was pretty straight forward on the headlights. As far as the daytime running lights I wanted them to be on when the parking lights are on. So I spliced the parking light on the headlight and connected it to the daytime running light. Overall I am very pleased with both the headlights and daytime running lights. After having Hid's in all my previous cars it's crazy how fast these turn on and how much clearer I can see at night. For anybody complaining about the price of these. Just be patient and find a set on yahoo.jp or ebay here. Cheaper pairs are out there waiting to be put on an enthusiasts car!

Alright so there you have it. I've got a few more things that have either already been installed on the car or things sitting in my living room waiting to be installed. But I promise to post those up in the next week or so. Shoot me any questions or comments about my build or any parts I have acquired and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge!

I'm new here too Harris. Came over after 10 years in the Subaru scene.

Great start! Love how much cleaner that engine bay looks now. Looking forward to seeing you transform your Prius.

Haha. Thanks guys! Believe it or not this is my first write up on any of my cars. So wish me luck. I was hoping milf magnet wouldn't get edited by a moderator on the site. Haha. The Z forums can get pretty picky. But this forum is awesome! There's barely anybody bashing on anyone. Everyone is super kind and helpful. I'm glad I'm a part of this forum :)

Alright. I guess it could possibly be a little bit over the top. But I was only trying to keep things humorous. I read build thread after build thread. And mainly they're dry and straight to the point. Which sometimes they're good that way. You get the information you need and you move on to the next build thread to take what you can get from them. I was only trying to make people chuckle and actually want to keep reading.
And just for the record.. My parents are quite old school and when I told them what I called my Prius they couldn't stop laughing. They thought it was great and ended up telling all of their old school friends.

All in all, I guess if you're demanding I change the name then I guess I must. :/

So I decided to go out and wash the Prius today so that I could show you guys a few other things I installed a couple of weeks ago. But... Everyone knows that when you was your car expect it to rain right after :p
Of course this happened to me. Oh well. It needed a wash.
Here are the other few things added to make this **** Magnet a little more attractive.
I added 15% window tint all around. Including an eyebrow in
    FullSizeRender.jpg
I also added some Hic Rain Guards and some random gloss black 3m pillars on the doors.

Here's a closer picture for you Saulbassfan.
I definitely recommend spending the extra cash on this kit

Any info on the kit? I currently have one from Japan, but I think yours is cleaner.

    (y) Contrats. You cleaned it up quite nice. Beware DPS and locals though, they're enforcing front plates now in TX.

Thanks for the heads up. I've been running no front plates on both the Z and the Suby.

Alright so tonight my buddy and I decided to vinyl wrap the two small panels on the roof of the car. It was a bit tricky but eventually we got it. What I didn't realize is, is that the shark fin antenna I got was too big. After realizing I made a mistake I searched around the forum and found the smaller shark fin and where to order it.
So now I have this one if anybody is interested in it :p

I removed the nozzle from the bottom and just vinyl wrapped over it. In pictures it looks like there's nothing there. But up close in person you can see a little dent where the hole from the nozzle was. But it doesn't look too bad at all.
