Just traded my gen 2 for gen 3

    I've noticed that before the engine is warmed up, you can go about 10 mph before the gas engine kicks in, unless it's really cold outside (I think about under 65 degrees), you're drawing heat, and/or the battery level is really low.

    After it's warmed up, you can stay in EV mode with the EV button pressed until about 25 mph. But if you're going about 42 mph or less and are light on the pedal, you can stay in EV mode as the indicator lights up on the dash. Once you get used to utilizing pulse & glide, it's a really nice way to save on gas if you don't have ten cars behind you.
