I have a hitch cargo carrier and it is causing the rear end to sag. This causes the front end to sit higher off the ground allowing air to get under the car and kills my gas mileage as well as performance.

    What is the best solution?

I read that thread when searching prior to posting. Several maybe suggestions but no sure thing.

Coil Spring Specialist in Kansas can make custom springs. They would run about $250 and the installation is 2.9 hours. If I took it to a shop, which I would, then the total cost would be about $500.

I decided to give this a try, others have had good results on all kind of vehicles including a few Prius.

Will follow up when I get them installed in case anyone else is having the same issue or will have the same issue in the future.

The Airlift product or Coil Rite by Firestone should work. I don't understand the concern with them?

    MT2L03 ?
