Hoping someone can provide advice. 2007 Prius is not starting. The power doors, lamps, and headlights work. 12V battering showing 13v on multimeter. When you press power button with/without key FOB in, power button shows green but car does not engage.

    Many thanks,

    Joe

Is that before or after you tried to start it ?

From a no-load cold condition, which is where I assume you saw the 13 volts, there should be about a half volt drop when you push the "start" button and things light up.

If it drops below 12 V, your battery is suspect.
If it doesn't drop much at all........you probably need to have it towed to a dealer........as something that should be turning on, isn't.

Press HARD on the brake pedal while depressing the POWER button. If that does not help the brake light switch at the brake pedal probably needs to be replaced.
