So I have a Jeep to go off roading and camping place that hardly anyone can go to.

With that be said I just got gas for it 12 gal and I got only 178 miles. Haha

We bought the prius 3 weeks ago and went 358 mile and I fill up 6.7 gallon.

Congratulations. The Prius will realign your view of mileage. Other vehicles will seem like guzzlers in comparison.

This is probably the reason why the gas mileage doesn't do well. haha Big tires and not very aerodynamic but the prius makes up the difference in gas mileage.(y)

Keep in mind the Jeep is also designed for rough/non-existent roads, so it can go places the Prius couldn't/shouldn't venture in.

That said, if you're resourceful you could go camping in many places in the Prius too. And if you're not too tall, you can even sleep in the back of it.

I don't think the Prius would be able to take me here. I don't think I like camping at camp sites. So if I was to camp with the prius it would be in a Hotel. Haha

I will post up picture of trip I'm planning to go on with the prius In the future.

You had a ford focus that got average 33 mpg. We thought that was good but with the prius that 33 mpg is a joke.:D
