After a friend offered to buy my 2005 prius, I needed a new car. I called all the local Los Angeles dealers looking for a 2015 PIP lease for 36 mo. and 12K miles per year. The best offer after multiple calls was $357/mo. (tax included) with 0$ at signing. Some of the dealers were even getting rude as I asked for any further discount.

After seeing an add for South Bay Toyota (no affiliation!), I called and asked to speak to the internet sales manager. He quoted me a monthly payment of $308.00 (tax included) for 35 months of payments and 0$ out the door. They even had a sticker on the car. I arrived at 1:30pm and was driving home at 3:30 with the car.

My only beef was that I had to wait an extra 20 min. when they went searching for the plug. Turns out it was stolen and they gave me a different one.

I just applied for my $1500 cash back and cannot believe I got this amazing car with a sticker for so little money!

I would check the trunk, by the spare tire, see if the plug is there

Are you sure the $1500 rebate hasn't been applied to your lease price? On purchases, they give that to you on the spot. No applying

    Hi All!
Yes I am super excited to drive it. I just charged it with the plug they pulled from another car they were selling (someone stole or misplaced the original). I charged fully in a couple of hours, but I will get to drive it to work tomorrow. The dealer had the green HOV sticker on when I purchased the car!!! I forgot that I could go in the car pool lane on the drive home. Will not forget again! As for the $1500, I filled the application on line at cleanenergy and they said a check is reserved for me and would be mailed to out once I sign and scan the application. I think it is a California deal?
    Thanks, Larry

....sounds like that's the CA incentive ...it'll interesting to see if PiP sales are perking up for April.
